Based out of New York, Fullerton will be tasked with leading Rauxa’s technology practice across its six offices. He will work closely with chief creative officer Lincoln Bjorkman, who joined Rauxa from Wunderman in June, to integrate technology into the agency’s creative offerings while reporting directly to Rauxa president and CEO Gina Alshuler.

Fullerton joins Rauxa from Big Spaceship, where he spent the past two years as chief technology officer. Prior to that he spent around a year and a half as head of technology, Americas for Lowe Profero, following a brief stint as partner and senior vice president, technology for Rumble Fox. Fullerton has also served as director of technology for CP+B Canada and FUSE Marketing Group, as well as spending serving as a senior developer for Critical Mass and Blast Radius.
In addition to Bjorkman’s arrival, Fullerton’s hiring follows a series of account wins this year for Rauxa, including Alaska Airlines, Keep America Beautiful, and Piedmont Healthcare.
