BETC London Hires Andrew Kay as Managing Director

BETC London has hired Andrew Kay as its new managing director. He joins executive creative director Rosie Bardales and recently-appointed chief strategy officer Russell Davies to complete the agency’s management team.

“Having worked with Andy in the past, I’m thrilled to have him join the BETC London team.His global experience at some of the best creative agencies will be a great asset to this agency,” Bardales said in a statement.

Kay joins BETC from W+K London, where he has served as head of account management since April of 2014, leading LURPAK and Mondelez, following three years as group account director on FUZE Tea, Halls and Stride. Prior to that he spent four and half years with W+K’s Amsterdam office, as group account director on Coca-Cola, Nike, EA Sports, ESPN and Afligem. He originally joined W+K London as an account director in September of 2007, following stints in account management positions with Grey London and BBH London.
