Governor Pat Quinn announced that Northstar Lottery Group is serving as the private manager for the Illinois Lottery. As a result, Energy BBDO, which is part of the Northstar group, and sister media shop OMD re-upped with the brand and clutched a ten-year gig to provide marketing and advertising support to maximize lottery revenues under the state’s new business model.
Energy BBDO will be bringing in a squad known as Team Energy, which will provide interactive expertise from digital sibling Proximity Chicago, world-class media solutions from OMD and sales-driving retail and promotional insights from the Integer Group.
