BBDO ATL Vet Heads to VA-Based Digital Shop

After 18+ years at BBDO Atlanta, Kyle Lewis has finally left its clutches and headed up north to take on the executive creative director post at Modea, an “advertising agency with digital roots” that’s based in Blacksburg, Virginia.

During his nearly two-decade run at BBDO’s ATL office, Lewis, who last served as SVP/creative director at the agency, worked on campaigns for the likes of AT&T, Capital One, Dell, Delta and Wachovia. Two years ago while at BBDO, Lewis, along with then-fellow senior creatives Bill Pauls and Bobby Pearce, briefly took over the CCO responsibilities of Marcus Kemp, who was let go (Pearce eventually assumed the role of CCO).

Anyhow, now at Modea, which has a headcount of 83 at present time, Lewis will assume the standard ECD duties and help add new clients to a roster that currently includes Chiquita and HTC.
