Apple Considers Ticking off Users with Unavoidable Ads

By Kiran Aditham

Brand Republic is reporting that whether you like it or not, Apple just might crowbar in advertising on iPhones, iPods, computers and Apple TV that you’d have to watch before using said products.

Earlier this month, the company patented non-skippable ads, which could ultimately help reduce the cost of the products. According to BR, the technology could freeze the hardware and require users to partake in a Q+A about the ads to prove they’ve actually seen them. On the bright side at least, you can share them and go online to buy products and fork over even more money to the brand. If you’re averse to the potential advertising, which we’re certain has its share of detractors already, Apple might charge you a fee for services.
