Adrenalina Gears Up

By SuperSpy

Adrenalina has been around for just a year and a half. The shop burst onto to the scene when Manuel Wernicky (Adrenalina’s president, chief ideas officer and managing partner &#151 that’s a lot of title) along with Paco Olavarrieta (chief creative director and managing partner) won Heineken USA’s Tecate and Tecate Light U.S. Hispanic business as part of an agency shootout and before the agency had even opened its doors. Impressive. Now, the MDC Partner shop is looking to expand.

In a press release, the agency said that a “growth spurt is expected to create as many as 12 new jobs in key creative and branding posts throughout 2009 with several principal appointments expected to be announced in the coming weeks.” Get those resumes in, yeah?

Also, the shop has made two new key hires: Ivan Sanchez and Victor Zeiris have been added to Adrenalina’s roster. Sanchez will be the new Vice President, senior brand strategist. He was previously the brand planning director of GlobalHue Latino, New York. Zeiris is leaving his gig as the former creative director of Euro RSCG Latino for the same role at Adrenalina.
