Onar joined 72andSunny Los Angeles as director of talent back in August of 2012, following a little under a year in that position at Google. Prior to crossing back over the pond to join Grey, Onar spent three years serving as talent director at Agency Republic in London. Before that she was business partner with Ogilvy & Mather London for a little over a year and a half, working on Hellman’s and as a client team leader on the agency’s U.K. American Express account. She joined Ogilvy & Mather London as business director in December of 2001, a position she held for four years before being named business partner. Prior to that she spent nearly six years with Ogilvy & Mather New York in an account management role, working with clients including  IBM, Motorola, PeoplePC and Sprite.

“72andSunny is first and foremost a talent company,” said 72andSunny founder and CEO John Boiler. “Great work depends on identifying terrific people and giving them the space, opportunity and tools to reach their full potential. Our talent team is key to our success and we are extremely proud to have Sedef at the helm.”
