Two Rising Star Black creatives share how they're coping and forging ahead

Don't miss ADWEEK House at Cannes, June 16-19. Join us as we celebrate our 45th anniversary and explore the industry's now and next. RSVP.

It’s that time of year, when Adweek honors the best of the agency, media and entertainment worlds with our annual list of the Creative 100.

On this week’s episode of Yeah, That’s Probably an Ad, co-hosts David Griner and Ko Im are joined by Rising Talent honorees Rony Castor and Anthony O’Neill from Goodby Silverstein & Partners. As associate creative directors at the agency, they put together the personal and powerful “Not a Gun” campaign. They’re also a part of GS&P Voices, a diversity and inclusion initiative at the agency.

They reveal how they’re coping and forging ahead amid the renewed Black Lives Matter protests, as well as what needs to be done in the face of uncomfortable conversations about social injustice.
