WPP-owned digital agency Wunderman has acquired commerce experience agency Gorilla Group.

The agency, which, according to a release, provides “end-to-end experience-driven commerce solutions and services” across platforms including Adobe, IBM Watson Commerce, Salesforce and SAP, will become part of Wunderman Commerce.

Gorilla Group currently employs some 370 employees across the U.S., Canada, Poland and Ukraine, working with business-to-business and direct-to-consumer brands across the food and beverage, apparel, retail, manufacturing, distribution, health and beauty sectors, including American Hotel Register Company, Gates Industrial Corporation and protein manufacturer RXBAR.

“This acquisition gives Wunderman Commerce a wider footprint across North America while also presenting an opportunity for our global clients to access the knowledge and skills of one of the best commerce experience teams out there,” Wunderman Commerce global CEO Neil Stewart said in a statement.
