VMLY&R is launching its Inclusion Experience Practice, another WPP-owned business with ambitions to positively impact minority representation and support within the advertising industry.

The creative agency revealed that it is already working with 20 of its clients through the practice, which will be led by chief integration officer Myron King. The practice will work with clients to support cultural change within their organizations, helping to connect brands and companies that aim to be inclusive and diverse in their future operations.
