WPP-owned creative agency VMLY&R has strengthened the U.K. leadership team of its health offering with the hiring of Jo Crouch as managing director and Khalid Latif as executive creative director.
Crouch, who was previously the agency’s head of strategy, joined from Weber Shandwick in January after two and a half years there as its head of health strategy. She has now been elevated to managing director, having also previously held planning roles within agencies such as McCann and VCCP during her 20 years in advertising.
