Visa Selects Wieden+Kennedy and Publicis Groupe for Global Creative Duties

Visa has selected Wieden+Kennedy and Publicis Groupe as its global creative agencies of record.

The decision follows a review that Visa kicked off this summer. BBDO, which was named Visa’s lead global creative agency in 2012, participated in the review. Saatchi & Saatchi, which previously handled its advertising in Europe and is owned by Publicis Groupe, will no longer work with the brand as part of the new arrangement, according to a Visa spokesperson.

Visa will continue to work with Publicis-owned Starcom, which was named the credit card brand’s media agency in 2015.
