Not for the first time, sexual harassment and abuse in advertising came into the spotlight last year after executive Zoe Scaman published a searing exposé detailing the discrimination that she and other women have faced in the workplace. But since that outcry, little in the industry has changed, according to a hard-hitting campaign from a group of ad professionals.

An anonymous group of senior creatives, photographers and PR professionals—calling themselves The Change Collective—have come together to raise awareness of the lack of support for women and sexual harassment victims in the ad industry.
