Through the acquisition of Finland-based agencies Bob the Robot and Dunning, Kruger and Associates (DK&A), The North Alliance (NoA) has formed NoA Finland as it develops its global ambitions.

Prior to these deals, the creative-tech group NoA employed over 1,000 people across four countries—Sweden, Norway, Poland and Denmark—with 23 agencies that included &co, Anorak, Oakwood and Bold. The collective client pool includes SAS, Lego, Ikea, Electronic Arts and Adidas.

Now, with the purchase of the two agencies, the group has entered its fifth country—Finland—as it aims to deliver its creative offering, underpinned through technology.

“When entering Finland, we’re becoming a true Nordic champion,” said Thomas Høgebøl, executive chairman and initial founder of NoA.
