S4 Capital Initiates Hiring Freeze as It Issues Profit Warning

Following an already difficult second quarter, in which it struggled to publish its first quarter financial results, S4 Capital has issued a profit warning and will introduce a hiring freeze for the rest of this year—as it revealed spiraling costs within its content practice.

The marketing services network, which owns agencies including Media.Monks and recently announced its latest combination deal with social media marketing agency XX Artists, issued a trading update for June and the first six months of 2022 and said it would fail to meet earnings expectations.
