Nick Farnhill, founder and chief executive of Publicis.Poke, is leaving the agency after 20 years.

John Hadfield, CEO of Bartle Bogle Hegarty Singapore, will move from the fellow Publicis Groupe agency to replace Farnhill. Hadfield joined BBH Singapore in 2005 as managing director and was previously at BBH London

Farnhill will step down from Publicis.Poke this summer. He became CEO of the agency in 2019 after Poke–the digital agency he co-founded in 2001–was integrated with Publicis Worldwide, Arc and August.

Prior to setting up Poke, Farnhill spent six years as a partner at Deepend.

Time to move on

“It’s bittersweet to leave the company that’s been such a part of me for so long, but there was always going to be a right moment to move on and start something fresh again,” Farnhill said in a statement.
