Pereira & O’Dell’s co-founder and chief creative officer PJ Pereira is assuming the role of creative chairman, and the San Francisco agency has tapped its co-executive creative director, Rob Lambrechts, to replace him.

As chief creative officer, Lambrechts, a founding employee and the mastermind behind some of the shop’s most interesting work, will oversee the creative direction of Pereira & O’Dell’s main offices in San Francisco and New York as well as its satellite location in Cincinnati.
