MSQ Group Acquires London Creative Production Agency Brave Spark

MSQ Group, which owns agencies including Stein IAS, Smarts and The Gate, has further expanded with the acquisition of creative studio Brave Spark, with the two sharing clients such as Cancer Research U.K., Bosch and Zalando.

The deal will see the London-based creative production agency move into MSQ’s recently opened Covent Garden offices bringing with it services in video and digital production, design and creative technology.

The acquired agency, which also counts Hiscox, Arlo, Hitachi and Trivento among its clients, will now aim to expand globally including in North America, Singapore and Shanghai in accordance with its new parent company’s own growth plans.

Brave Spark co-founders Rob Drake and Robin Shek, as well as chief technology officer Luke Cunningham, will work with Morgan Cox, head of dynamic content and production at MSQ, as well as its executive director Kate Howe to integrate their content and production expertise within the group’s proposition.
