Media.Monks will merge with Cashmere, the culture agency of record for Taco Bell, as it expands its content practice within the U.S.
The S4 Capital-owned group will now include the LA-based content practice, which was founded in 2003 by Ted Chung and Seung Chung and has created culturally relevant content campaigns for clients such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, BMW, WarnerMedia, Adidas, Netflix, Disney, Amazon and Apple.
With a team of over 150 people, the merger will increase the international content offer from the recently rebranded Media.Monks
