Agency network MDC Partners has continued to solidify its leadership team approximately three months after Mark Penn’s Stagwell Group acquired a minority stake and the former WPP executive took over as CEO.
Today, Seth Gardner joined the company as its first chief operating officer, effective June 17.
This announcement follows the appointments of Frank Lanuto and Jonathan Mirsky earlier this month to serve, respectively, as evp, chief financial officer and evp, general counsel and corporate secretary. It also hints at the priorities of Penn, who has effectively revamped the executive suite at MDC.
