McCann Worldgroup has named a new German leadership team for both McCann and MRM following the departure of Ruber Iglesias.

Iglesias will step down as chief executive officer of McCann Worldgroup Germany after almost a decade in the role to “take some time out” and will be succeeded by Jan-Phillipp Jahn as CEO of McCann and Ulrich Saeuberlich as CEO of MRM in the country.

According to the agency, Iglesias has led the German operation to double in size over the last four years to reach 500 employees based across three offices.

“I’ve been in the agency business for almost 30 years and been thinking about doing something else for a while.
