Next Fifteen Group has followed up its acquisition of Engine Group with an agreement to buy M&C Saatchi for $387.2 million (£310.1 million). This follows months of a failed hostile takeover bid by the agency’s deputy chair, Vindoka “Vin” Murria, through her acquisition company, AdvancedAdvT Limited (AdvT).

The acquisition has been agreed by the board, which explained that it sees Next Fifteen as having a “strong strategic and financial rationale” in its offer to “establish a truly global platform in the digital marketing and consulting sectors.”
