Jack in the Box Chooses TBWA\Chiat\Day LA as Lead Creative Agency

New roster for the chain also includes Conscious Minds and Small Girls PR

Fast food chain Jack in the Box has chosen TBWA\Chiat\Day LA as its lead creative agency, marking a homecoming of sorts for both the agency and restaurant, which worked together in the 1990s.

TBWA takes over from David&Goliath, which held the creative account since 2015. The account was put into review earlier this year.

Jack in the Box also added two other agencies to its roster. Creative content studio Conscious Minds has been hired to lead the company’s digital and social initiatives and content series while Small Girls PR has been hired to handle public relations communications, produce events and fabricate mailers for the brand with the agency’s in-house experiential team.

In a statement, Jack in the Box said it chose TBWA\Chiat\Day because of its depth of talent, demonstrated effectiveness as a creative and strategic network, history of challenging the status quo and its ability to launch and build highly successful consumer brands.
