Disney has awarded media buying and planning responsibilities in the U.S. for streaming service Hulu to Publicis’ Disney-dedicated Publicis Imagine.
A Hulu spokesperson confirmed that the streaming company will be transitioning to a new relationship with Publicis Imagine in March of 2021, while continuing to work with IPG Mediabrands’ UM in the interim. The media duties were awarded to Publicis Imagine without a review, sources familiar with the matter told Adweek. Publicis deferred to the client for comment.
