Outspoken and full of energy, VaynerMedia founder Gary Vaynerchuk is a different kind of agency boss, preferring to wear baseball caps and T-shirts over button-downs and suits, and entirely beholden to his belief that social media is the future of advertising.

The last time Vaynerchuk was able to visit his team in London was before the pandemic. Since then, the business has left its more central offices and recently moved into a shared space full of creative startups in the south of the city, near Elephant and Castle, which it is quickly taking over.
