As IPG’s FCB invests in data and technology to expand its creative output, the agency network is reflecting that priority in its leadership roster with the hiring of Tina Allan as its first head of data science and connections.

Allan, formerly with Omnicom’s BBDO New York, will report directly to FCB worldwide CEO Carter Murray and partner closely with global CCO Susan Credle as the agency looks to align technology with creativity.

Allan is also tasked with making new external data partnerships; strengthening the agency’s existing data and analytics delivery; integrating the network’s media operations; and, in partnership with global CSO Nigel Jones, deepening its connectivity with IPG’s data and tech offerings, which include Kinesso and Acxiom.

As Tina likes to say, it’s the math and the magic that makes the creative idea an economic multiplier.
