MediaCom has promoted Jason Lim to a newly-created role as the agency’s first chief planning officer.

Effective immediately, Lim will be tasked with overseeing MediaCom’s full audience planning product, directing strategies into the agency’s media plans in support of measurable growth for clients. He will report directly to MediaCom U.S. CEO Sasha Savic.

‘The days of marketing in silos are over’

A ten-year MediaCom veteran, Lim previously oversaw MediaCom’s performance-based practice as managing partner and was responsible for accelerating and optimizing the impact of marketing programs.
