After a long search, Mother has lured Droga5 New York’s co-chief creative officer Felix Richter to be its new creative leader in London.

The hire to fill Mother London’s creative leadership vacancy has been much anticipated since its widely celebrated executive creative directors Ana and Hermeti Balarin left for Wieden+Kennedy Portland last year.

Richter will start at Mother later this year as global creative partner and CCO, joining long-standing partners Katie Mackay-Sinclair and Chris Gallery to lead the agency’s founding office.

He has been at Droga5 New York for the past 11 years, most recently as co-CCO with Tim Gordon.
