Dylan Williams, Droga5 London’s partner and chief strategy officer, has left the agency after five years.

Williams joined the agency in 2016 from Publicis Worldwide where he was global chief strategy and innovation officer. During his time at the agency, he saw it acquired by Accenture Interactive and worked with brands such as Diet Coke, Amazon, Barclaycard and Meta/Facebook.

A spokesperson for Droga5 London told Adweek that they would not comment on a former employee as Williams had already left for “family/personal reasons” having already had a period off.

The agency has not yet outlined who will fill Williams’ now-available role, although Damien Le Castrec continues as Droga5’s head of strategy.

Strategic moves

Williams began his career in 1995 at BBH as a strategic planner, spending nine years at the agency across both its New York and London offices and eventually joining its board.
