Digital marketing agency Croud has continued to strengthen its U.S. operation with the appointment of Dean Gardner as global chief operating officer, joining from Omnicom Media Group (OMG).

Based in New York, Gardner will take on the new role with a focus on operational excellence and ensuring systems are in placement around products, infrastructure and management systems to aid growth. He previously spent 13 years at Omnicom where he was most recently business transformation officer for media agency OMD U.S.
