In the midst of a major organizational reshuffle, Dentsu Group exceeded analyst expectations by reporting that organic revenue for 2020 had declined by 11.1%. The 2020 fiscal year forecast released by Dentsu in December had predicted organic revenue decline to be as high as 12.5%.

Dentsu Group’s advertising and marketing operations, which rebranded from Dentsu Aegis Network to Dentsu International last September, reported an organic revenue decline of 13% for the year.

For Q4, Dentsu Group reported an organic revenue decline of 11.6%,
