Forman joins following a brief stint at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, where she consulted as the North American strategy lead on Nissan. Prior to that, she served as executive director of brand strategy at Swedish creative agency Forsman & Bodenfors in New York, a role she left earlier this year. Previously, she’s worked at agencies including Ogilvy and Deutsch.

She replaces Wells Davis, who left the agency last year.

At David&Goliath, Forman will lead the agency’s strategy across its client base.
