In college, Terrance Green studied film, but his “side passion” was politics.

At the time, Green struggled to imagine a career that would allow him to combine both interests. But he eventually landed a job at GMMB, an agency based in Washington, D.C. that specializes in creating advertising campaigns for Democratic candidates. 

“It really opened up a door in terms of understanding that I can really do what I love every day,” he said. “I didn’t know that there was a world where those two things operated together.”

At GMMB, Green worked on Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign in 2008, as well as his reelection push in 2012.
