Creative agency Anomaly has expanded the leadership team of its Berlin office with the hiring of creative director Azsa West as executive creative director and former Sitzfeld CMO Nadine MüllerEckel as the agency’s new head of strategy.

The pair will join with the mandate of helping to drive the agency forward as a “change agent,” with West having left Wieden + Kennedy Portland after 14 years. West has worked in Tokyo and Shanghai and won numerous industry awards, including a Cannes Lion, Webby, Clio and One Show.
