Britain’s largest distance-learning institution, The Open University, has hired agency 23red in a bid to attract more students and employment partners.

The strategy for the campaign is described by the agency as “flexible” and “responsive,” and will target the four nations of the U.K. to showcase the university as a destination for flexible and online blended learning.
