The chief executive of Swedish creative agency Åkestam Holst, Johan Östlund, resigned last week after being arrested for paying for sexual services at a massage parlor in Stockholm, an allegation he has denied.

“I deeply regret that the agency I have had the privilege of representing should even exist in these contexts because of my private affairs,” Östlund said in a statement to local marketing publication Resumé!. “The indictment was brought against me as a private person—and not as CEO of Åkestam Holst. The
