And in between, she’s had stints at tech companies Autodesk and Dropbox focusing on the future of work.
In February, just as the coronavirus began its relentless march across the U.S., Scileppi started a new job—in a new kind of role—at Mother. As the Los Angeles agency’s first-ever head of learning and development, Scileppi quickly realized the first few months in her new job were not going to go as planned. How is she pivoting?
