72andSunny New York Hires BBH’s Brett Edgar as President

She’ll officially take on the role this summer

Brett Edgar is leaving her post as managing director of BBH New York to join 72andSunny.

This summer, Edgar will become president of 72andSunny’s New York office, a role that’s been empty since Jess Monsey left earlier this year to join Wieden + Kennedy Portland as managing director.

Edgar joined BBH New York as head of account management in 2017 and was promoted to managing director the following year. During her time at the agency, she worked with brands including PlayStation, Grubhub, Seamless, Brighthouse Financial and Planned Parenthood of New York City.

Prior to joining BBH New York, Edgar served as executive group director and co-head of account management at Droga5, leading client relationships for brands such as CoverGirl and Pizza Hut.
