Evin Shutt is ascending to CEO from her previous role as director of brand operations, effective immediately. Matt Jarvis will move into a role as co-chairman. A source with knowledge of the agency explained that Jarvis’s role will be ongoing and evolving role. He will focus on strategy, business development, coaching and leadership, as well as working on his coaching tree program and sharing the leadership practice he has built more publicly.
