Independent global brand experience agency, Lively Worldwide, has appointed Raffaella Galliano as client services director. Galliano, a former board account director at Leo Burnett / Publicis Groupe, has worked in client service roles and leadership teams across commercial relationships in numerous world-leading creative agencies.
At Lively, Galliano will focus on strategic and creative solutions that grow a client’s business through integrated and digital marketing. Bringing an international perspective and deep understanding of cultural nuance, her role is to nurture key relationships and work directly with Ericsson, Coinbase, Arm and A&O. Based in London, she will report to Lively’s co-founders Mike White and Mark Mitchell.
Galliano brings expertise from her work with FMCG, pharma, beauty, retail and travel names including McDonalds, Kellogg’s, L’Oréal, Pfizer, P&G, Unilever and Ebookers. Notable highlights include the development and roll-out across all media channels in 2020 of Ebookers’ ‘Eboo’ new CGI mascot; a mental health campaign created in collaboration with Campaign and Facebook in 2019; and McDonald’s 2018 Effie award-winning Trust campaign.
Her strengths lie in leading teams and nurturing a portfolio of client relationships through effective strategy, cut-through creative campaigns and multi-channel consumer touch-points, helping marketeers grow their business both nationally and globally.
