Just Global Strengthens Executive Leadership with New Hires

Alex Crowther, President, North America and Emilie Sanders Lee, Senior Vice President, Global Analytics join Just Global to support the agency's expansion across 60+ global clients.

Since B2B marketing agencies, Enigma and JUST, joined forces in November 2020, the newly minted independent agency, Just Global, has driven exponential business growth and industry recognition as one of the most awarded B2B agencies in the world.  

To support the growing headcount and expansion across 60+ global clients, Just Global has recruited two award-winning marketing leaders, Alex Crowther and Emilie Sanders Lee, in the respective roles of President, North America and Senior Vice President, Global Analytics.

Crowther’s primary remit as President will be to help grow and globalize the agency, its’ integrated work product and customer success via client services. Crowther brings with him extensive global experience scaling agency business operations, including most recently serving as CEO of Mediacom Midwest, with prior roles as CEO of Mediacom, Asia Pacific, Global Client President of Dentsu Aegis Network, and CEO, Americas and Australia, at Omnicom’s DAVINCI Selectwork. Crowther has repeatedly established infrastructure that accelerates agency revenue while supporting outstanding work, including multiple Cannes Lions wins and Agency of the Year titles.  

In Lee’s role as SVP, Global Analytics, she will work to accelerate the agency's global capabilities across B2B marketing measurement and analysis, combining data visualization with storytelling to provide clients with data-driven insights. Previously, Lee helmed the role of Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Media Matters Worldwide where she developed a solutions-oriented data department responsible for campaign success and business growth. She’s also held posts with industry players Centro, Quantcast and OMD. Last year, Lee was awarded Salesforce Marketing Champion and sfBig’s Going Above and Beyond Award.
