Aragones hasn’t yet been to Discord’s office or even met most of her team in person, having started in her role in September 2020. But she says Discord is such a strong platform that, in using it for work, she feels connected to her colleagues. The Nike and VSCO alum has found Discord to be a similarly “youthful” and energetic brand to market, and she wants to use her perch to create a space for inclusivity and belonging.
