At some point in their action-packed, pre-children lives, both of my parents drove motorcycles. When I was a teenager, they distilled all their riding experiences into one bit of advice: Never ride a motorcycle. It was no slight on choppers; they just believe that other drivers aren’t careful enough to let motorcycles share the road safely. The video above, from Transport for London, is a hypnotic and jarring reminder that my parents were probably right.
