Pro-marijuana spot running in Times Square

After initially having it rejected, marijuana-legalization group NORML has managed to get a short pro-weed video ad running on the CBS Super Screen in Times Square. Which sounds controversial, until you consider what used to be in Times Square 15 or 20 years ago. The ad—15 seconds long, with no sound—is based around NORML's assertion that legalizing the drug could raise more than $30 billion annually in new tax revenue, while saving an additional $15 billion in law-enforcement costs.
