Perhaps you went a bit overboard over the past month. The day you had leftover pie for breakfast comes to mind. And now, like millions of other Americans, you're thinking about an aggressive diet.

Why not consider the classic Stop The Insanity, from noted author Susan Powter. As this awesome clip indicates, Powter had not gotten the message about carbs, but really didn't like fat. In fact Powter famously argued that you could eat 32 baked potatoes, or one slice of cheese. That doesn't sound insane at all.
