Coming next month to an Internet connection near you: comedy with a cause.

The charity organization Comedy Gives Back is hosting a 24-hour online telethon on Nov. 6 to raise money for Malaria No More. Notable comedians such as Dane Cook, Kevin Nealon and Jim Breur are slated to perform.

Dailymotion is the event's distribution partner, which means it will be hosted on the company's proprietary player—not on YouTube. The full-day event spans the globe, with performances from New York, Los Angeles, London and Sydney (full schedule here).

There will be 12 hours of live stand-up and 12 hours of additional content, including work from Jimmy Kimmel, Shira Lazar (host of Whats Trending), Cracked.com and IFC, according to a Comedy Gives Back release. Tickets for the live events are going for $40.
