WTXF to Launch 11 P.M. Newscast

By Kevin Eck

Philadelphia Fox-owned station WTXF is launching an 11 p.m. newscast on Monday, Aug. 1.

“This is the anti-network, 11 p.m. newscast. It’s a lightning pace, hang-on-to-your-seat rundown of what’s happening each night and need-to-know news of the day,” said vp and news director Jim Driscoll.

The new show will be anchored by Lucy Noland and meteorologist Kathy Orr and sports anchor Howard Eskin.
