WTTG General Manager Duffy Dyer to Retire

Duffy Dyer, the vice president and general manager of WTTGWDCA in Washington, D.C., has announced his retirement. Dyer has worked as the duopoly’s VP-GM for 12 years and for the Fox Television Station group for more than 20 years.

“Duffy has been invaluable to FTS over the last 26 years. We want to thank him for his leadership and unmatched dedication,” Fox Television Stations CEO Jack Abernethy told TVSpy in a statement. “He will be truly missed.”

A replacement has yet to be named for Duffy, who will continue to work at WTTG through the summer.
