WRC Hires Reporter From Rhode Island Station

Susan Hogan is joining Washington, D.C. NBC-owned station WRC.

New England One reports WRC news director Mike Goldrick told staff in an email, “I’m very happy to announce that Susan Hogan will become our consumer investigative reporter.”

Hogan comes from WPRI in Providence, R.I., where she is the station’s consumer reporter. She is moving to Washington, D.C. to be with her fiancé, a Captain in the U.S. Navy.

Before joining WPRI in 1992, Hogan worked at WVII in Bangor, Maine. She started her career at WCVB in Boston.

She starts at WRC on Jan. 18, 2016.
