WPIX Reporter Jennifer Jordan Hired by WJW

By Merrill Knox

After 10 years in New York City, WPIX reporter Jennifer Jordan is headed to Cleveland, where she will join Fox-affiliate WJW as the noon anchor.

“I’m just ready for a change,” Jordan told the New York Daily News. “There have been other offers, but this was the first opportunity that I felt was the perfect fit for me and my family.”

Jordan has contributed to the WPIX evening newscasts as a freelance reporter since 2009. Since coming to New York, she has also worked at WNYW, WWOR and WCBS. Her first day at WJW will be January 30.
